Core Barre' Training (Core Barre' Training)
About the class: This 1 hour class will target, strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body. Using light hand weights, the ballet barre and your own body weight as resistance, Fuel Your Core will transform your body and mind. Set to great music and instruction, you will notice a deeper mind-body connection, a sculpted physique and stronger abdominal muscles. Come take advantage of this flexibility building and posture perfecting class. About the teacher: Jenn has been passionate about the core barre method since it was first introduced in Newburyport in 2007. She used it to get into the best shape of her life after the birth of her second child. Shortly after the birth of her twins in 2010, Jenn returned to the barre and used it to quickly transform her body into the actual BEST shape of her life. An active runner and exercise enthusiast for many years, Jenn also holds a master's degree in physical therapy. Her PT background helps her to understand how the body moves and to help her students get into perfect alignment for maximum effectiveness. Jenn is thrilled to join the Fuel team where she looks forward to introducing others to this highly effective form of exercise.
